Programme Structure

Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs)

  1. Demonstrate an extensive, specialised knowledge in Hong Kong Cultural Studies.
  2. Show originality in conducting research and developing arguments on Hong Kong Cultural Studies.
  3. Show ingenuity in addressing the understudied issues of Hong Kong culture from different theoretical perspectives in multi-dimensional and cross-cultural settings.
  4. Demonstrate the critical ability to present written and oral work about Hong Kong across academic, professional, and social contexts.
  5. Critically reflect on the learning process by engaging with teachers and collaborating with the peers by demonstrating a good standard in research and professional ethics.

60 credits (Cores 12 + Electives 36 + Capstone 12)
